Upon approval of a GO Virginia Region One proposal, subgrantees will enter into an agreement with the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development, Region One, and The University of Virginia's College at Wise. Region One subgrantees will be responsible for providing quarterly progress reports to include a project narrative. Quarterly progress reports will be submitted on a provided template and will be due on the 15th of the month after the end of the quarter. Payment of grant funds shall be made upon receipt of a remittance request and achievement of project milestones as outlined in the project contract.
